Mortal Shell 2 Achievement Guide: Key Missables, Warnings and 42 Verified Entries

Scope of this guide

The checked database and PS5 trophy source both report 53 achievements. The local content library has directly transcribed names and requirements for 42 of them, leaving 11 unnamed entries in its snapshot. This page therefore presents the complete verified 42-entry snapshot plus the known missable and save-lock warnings; it does not claim to name all 53.

Save warning: Slayer Seal

Picking up Slayer Seal is safe for achievement progress, but equipping it blocks achievements on that save. The HUD displays Achievements Blocked after the lock. Make a separate save before equipping it if you want to preserve an achievement-enabled run. Platform trophy delivery may lag the in-game completion state, so use the in-game defeat, reward or unlock state as the first completion check.

Prologue missables

The prologue skip starts after three early achievement opportunities. Mid Summer? requires entering the Festival. You’re More Than a Weapon requires claiming your first Shell, Weapon and Sidearm. No, You Still Can’t Win requires taking the Tar Golem to minimum Health without being severed and is described as missable on that save.

Key completion scopes

• Lord of War: eight weapons are eligible even though the database contains ten melee weapon records.
• So Fresh, So Clean: cleanse all Beacons; the achievement exposes a counter of 46. Raw map-marker totals are a different scope.
• Headcase: defeat The Nameless Captive and use the in-game defeat/reward state as the success check.
• Heartless: return the Heart of Vatra to unlock Gragu.
• My Brether: complete the three-blood-pool ritual and memory fight to unlock Smert.
